We had a great time representing our Rotary Club at the Wilmette Block party on Saturday. We had a tent and table in the Kid's Zone with a roulette wheel for the kids to spin for prizes. As parents and others stopped by to let their kids spin the wheel, we told them about our Rotary Club. We also volunteered for serving beer and wine. Organized by George Pearce, other members, Brian Bradley, John Karras, Sarah Homan, John Kilner, Corinne McClintic, Maurice Sullivan, Gene and Mary Rinaldi, Jim Pockross and Debora Morris helped at the Kids Zone; and Mariana Alfar, Kurt Zoller, Karl Behrend and Ben Ivory (along with Brian and George) assisted with Beverage sales.
