Member Bios are always one of our favorite programs and Wednesday was no different. Rotary Club member Tim Frenzer told us about being a twin and then (get this) he and his wife had triplets! Tim is an attorney starting out with the Cook County States Attorneys office and then coming to the Village of Wilmette where he worked for 27 years -- 15 as Corporation Counsel and 12 as Village Manager. Club member Nick Dallas is also an attorney, working as a sole practitioner since 1978. He gave us some excellent legal advice about TODIs -- Transfer on Death Instrument which if completed, can prevent your property title from going into probate.
