We were honored to have Senta Plunkett, Wilmette Village President, come to our Noon meeting and talk about current and future projects. She was asked for updates on the Police Station project, new businesses coming to Wilmette shopping areas and even the status of the old Treasure Island building. Several members commended President Plunkett and the Village Board for the vibrant downtown area and for maintaining Wilmette's free parking. It was a frank and informative discussion.
