Rotary Programs in Eastern Congo

Aude Wilkins has been part of the Eastern Congo Initiative/Asili team since early 2021. Asili, a social enterprise model in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo that empowers communities by providing two of life’s most essential needs: clean water and high-quality healthcare. What sets Asili apart is that its programs are fully built and managed by local Congolese teams—creating jobs, strengthening communities, and ensuring lasting impact well beyond any single project.

To continue reshaping the landscape of eastern Congo, Aude will also share details on our latest collaboration with Rotary. Asili, the Rotary Club of Worldwide IMPACT, and Rotary Club Bukavu Amani are partnering on the Child Malnutrition Project in Buhanga, which focuses on combating child malnutrition.  www.Asili.org
