Scott is the owner and operator of both Superdawg Drive-Ins, in Chicago and Wheeling, with his sister, brother-in-Law, and daughter. Scott's parents founded Superdawg in 1948, and the family has maintained its legacy by staying true to the original recipes. Scott is also an attorney, with an emphasis on real estate and business transactions. Scott will discuss his parents' partnership in life and at Superdawg, and their groundbreaking ideas in restaurant design and management. |
